Cleaning/Softening

Cooling and heating systems can become heavily contaminated over the course of time by the introduction of impurities or the increased salt content of the water, especially if the water quality itself or the treatment of the process water in the circuit is less than perfect.

Limescale deposits and organic impurities must in this case be cleaned out at regular intervals, or dispersants added to the water, which help to prevent the settlement and deposition of impurities during operation.

Acidic cleaners, which are provided with special metal inhibitors, remove these deposits, which consist mainly of limescale, releasing the organic impurities contained in them.
